Interesting how people turn to “heroes” in times like these. It is no coincidence that superhero movies and tv shows are en-vogue, people need symbols that inspire them. But sadly, there are not many “leaders” left that exude confidence or hope or even competence — no matter the field in society: thought leaders, political leaders, good examples or otherwise.

Wenn man das so kurz, prägnant und präzise herunter gebrochen bekommt, fragt man sich, wieso sich das “Heute Journal”, die “Tagesthemen” oder ähnliche öffentlich-rechtliche Programme nicht damit auseinander setzen? Vielleicht mal mit Hintergrundberichten und kritischen Interviews? Wieso bekomme ich dort stattdessen nur ständig “Horse Race”, “Köpfe” und unkritische Fragen?

Kommen die Journalisten sich nicht blöd vor, wenn zwei Satiriker ihren Job machen? Einen viel besseren sogar, wenn es darum geht Bewegung in die öffentliche Debatte zu bringen?
